It works with local entrepreneurs to open franchises in inner-city neighborhoods across the U.S., and has recently signed a unique deal with Starbucks that allows MJE to open franchises and split the revenue fifty-fifty. This basketball star turned business icon proves with a little determination, any career may be possible.
